Hosting friends or family? Our fully furnished one-bedroom guest suite gives them a stylish, private place to stay right here at The Zenith, so your visitors can be close to you instead of across town. It has hotel-level comfort and the space of a real apartment, so guests can settle in, unpack, and feel at home. The suite sleeps up to three, with a queen bed for two and a comfortable sofa for a third.

The bed is dressed in crisp white linens, with bedside lamps, blackout curtains for restful sleep, and smart plugs within reach behind each nightstand. The tub and shower combo is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, with extra shelving for personal toiletries, and fresh towels, makeup towels and makeup wipes come with every booking. A large walk-in closet holds hangers, luggage racks, extra linens, blankets, and pillows, plus an iron and ironing board. The fully equipped kitchen features a quartz island with seating for two, stainless appliances, a dishwasher, and a microwave. In the open, light-filled living area, a sofa, lounge chair, and smart TV invite you to relax and unwind, and the ottoman and desk chair can be moved to seat a small gathering. A desk tucked into its own nook makes it easy to get work done. An in-unit washer and dryer and a private balcony with seating for three and tree-top and sky views round out the stay. Outside the suite, guests enjoy free garage parking, street parking nearby, EV charging, elevator access and a controlled-entry building.

The suite is available to friends and family of current Zenith residents. Stays are prepaid, and a credit card is kept on file for cleaning and incidentals.
